What are weekly/weekend rates?

Traditionally, there is a discount for weekend or weekly rates (a week is charged as 3 days, and a weekend is charged as 1 as per industry standards). You have the option to enable weekly/weekend discounts in your owner dashboard under the "Manage Listings" tab.
